As now I have decided that I am going to have 2 or 3 people on my front cover, I have selected issues of NME which have 2 or more people on the covers and portray them well. It is useful for me to research into these front covers as they show me how 2 or more people can be professionally portrayed on the cover of a music magazine and what conventions are used in this situation. These covers are of help as previously, the majority of the front covers I have been looking at have been with only one artist on the cover. I have still taken inspiration from the previous magazines I have uploaded in terms of style, design, colour palettes, fonts, use of cover lines and masthead positioning but with this selection of NME covers I am focussing on the images and how the frequency and dispersion of cover lines changes with the number of people featured in the image used to avoid covering a band members face and avoid making the cover look cluttered or too busy.
